Valentine's Day Gift consisting of mini cupcakes and chocolates

I love Valentine’s Day…so yummy. My apologies, the photo doesn’t do the cupcakes justice, but I’m too sleepy to haul out the fancy lighting equipment. I promise they were amazing!
